I have studied the mysteries of nature for 30 years and have found that the answers to all our questions lie within each of us. We have the ability to transform our state of being by looking within ourselves for answers to our questions. I can teach you how to look within yourself through meditation and relaxation.

You have the power within yourself to manifest all your needs and wishes when you are in a natural state of being. After becoming an acupressure therapist in 1982 I learned how the energy in the body responds and reacts to the energy in our environment. When you balance the energy in your body and tap into the healing powers of your natural state you become strong, focused, loving and fearless. As a reiki master I help to bring you into your natural state.
